Class Participation and quizzes
You are expected to participate in group discussions in class. The instructor will keep track of if you participate in paper discussions in class, if you ask questions during presentations, etc.
There are also in class exercises from time to time. All of these will be combined together.
Grading
- 8 Excellent – often contributes, noticeable
- 7 Good – reliable contributes
- 6 Satisfactory – frequent contribution
- 4 unsatisfactory – rarely contributes in class
- 0 Failure – lack of contribution / attendance.
